Terms of Service & Expedition Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or reserving travel services through the Sapphire Journeys ecosystem (including our official website, concierge desks, and mobile applications), you enter into a binding agreement with Sapphire Journeys Private Limited (“Sapphire Journeys”, “we”, “our”).

2. Booking Invariants & Seat Reservations

All bookings are processed through our live concurrency engine. A booking is formally confirmed once an initial deposit or full settlement has cleared into our immutable ledger, and an official booking reference (e.g., SJ-2026-XXXX) has been issued.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel reservations if traveler identity cannot be verified or in instances of technical data discrepancies.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

All prices quoted for domestic and international tours are displayed in Indian National Rupees (INR) unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Prices include applicable Goods & Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India.

Optional add-ons, visa processing fees, emergency medical evacuations, and personal expenses are excluded unless specified under confirmed package inclusions.

4. Travel Documents & Guest Responsibility

Travelers are solely responsible for possessing valid travel documentation, including passports with at least six (6) months validity, active visas, permits, and government photo identification. Sapphire Journeys provides concierge advisory assistance but assumes no liability for immigration or border entry decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Sapphire Journeys acts as an expedition curator partnering with certified airline carriers, boutique hoteliers, and licensed chauffeur fleets. We are not liable for itinerary disruptions, flight schedule modifications, weather-related delays, natural events, or civil restrictions beyond our direct operational control. In all such events, our 24/7 Concierge will prioritize traveler safety and re-routing.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
