• Contact Information: Phone number and email address for OTP passwordless authentication, emergency manifest updates, and e-ticket delivery.
• Financial Data: Transaction tokens, ledger references, and payment verification records processed via encrypted gateways. We do not store raw credit card numbers or banking PINs.
• Travel Preferences: Dietary requirements, seat selections, and health/mobility considerations required for on-ground safety.

2. Document Locker & Private Encryption

Travel documents uploaded to our Digital Vault are protected via private object storage and time-limited, cryptographically signed access tokens. Documents are accessible strictly to authorized concierge staff to secure necessary permits and verify hotel manifests.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is collected solely to fulfill reservations, dispatch chauffeurs and guides, confirm aviation seats, and provide real-time updates regarding your journey. We never sell, lease, or monetize traveler profiles with third-party advertising brokers.

4. Data Retention & Traveler Rights

You maintain the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your personal dossier upon conclusion of your expedition, subject to regulatory tax and accounting obligations. Requests may be directed to privacy@sapphirejourneys.in.
